Order taking for competition of an award of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for a contribution to development of institutes of civil society proceeds

The office of Civic chamber of RT till July 21 of the current year order taking for competition of an award of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for a contribution to development of institutes of civil society carries out.

The award is founded on July 3, 2015 by the Decree of the President of RT for encouragement of citizens' initiatives and to assistance to formation of institutes of civil society and became the first to similar in Russia. The purpose of establishment of an award is support of leaders and institutes of civil society as partners in the solution of social and economic tasks of society, promoting of the best the practician of socially oriented non-profit organizations, their replication in the future, stimulation for improvement of quality of the provided services.

The prize fund of an award of the President of RT for development of institutes of civil society this year has made 1,7 million rubles. Two awards 250 thousand rubles will be awarded every year to citizens or groups of citizens (no more than five people) and three awards 400 thousand rubles to the organizations.

Promotion of the applicant of the Award is made by the non-profit organizations registered in the territory of RT, public councils at executive bodies of the government of RT, by the public councils created in the relevant municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The award is awarded:

• to citizens of the Russian Federation, the socially oriented non-profit organizations for activity and projects which have gained public recognition, made the significant contribution to development of noncommercial sector of a socially oriented orientation for the scientific researches in the field of civil society differing in the high level of professional skill, possessing novelty and originality;

• to citizens of the Russian Federation for a significant long-term personal contribution to development of institutes of civil society to RT.
