They have established immunities for SAB in the sphere of antimonopoly regulation

In the first half of 2016 a number of the important decisions directed to improvement of quality of state regulation of activity of small and medium-sized enterprises and improvement of system of the state support is accepted.

For the first time in the sphere of development of SAB the document of strategic planning on a long-term outlook – Strategy of development of small and average business in the Russian Federation for the period till 2030 is approved. The main reference point is increase in a share of small and medium-sized enterprises in gross domestic product twice - from 20 to 40%.

The changes providing application to subjects of SAB of administrative punishment are made to the legislation of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses it is exclusive in the form of the prevention. Implementation of the relevant provisions will allow to place emphasis on prevention of administrative offenses.

For the companies which annual revenue less than 400 million rubles, immunities in the sphere of antimonopoly regulation are established. At the same time obligation of coordination with bodies of prosecutor's office of carrying out unscheduled inspections by antimonopoly authorities concerning small enterprises is provided.
