The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has prepared the Report on results of monitoring of application 223-FZ in the I half-year 2016

According to the report on results of monitoring of application of the Federal law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" in the I half-year 2016 the total amount of the procedures of definition of the supplier declared according to the Law 223-FZ has increased in comparison with the I half-year 2015 by 13% and has reached 8,7 trillion rub.

For the entire period of realization 223-FZ on 170 electronic platforms over 1,2 million purchases in an electronic form have been carried out. On 43 electronic platforms 99% of such procurements are conducted. At the same time on 78 platforms about 9 thousand purchases are carried out in total.
