Artyom Zdunov has discussed implementation of educational drafts of the Concept "Innokam" at a meeting with rectors of the leading higher education institutions of Tatarstan

The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov has held meeting on discussion of implementation of educational drafts of the Concept of creation of territorially isolated innovative and production center "Innokam".

The First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Pominov, the rector of K(P)FU Ilshat Gafurov, the rector of KNITU of A. N. Tupolev Albert Gilmutdinov, the rector of KNITU Herman Dyakonov, the rector of KGEU Edward Abdullazyanov, the director of Kama state automotive technical school of L. B. Vasilyev Farit Zalakayev, the director of Technical college of V.D. Potashov Pyotr Kudryashov, etc. have taken part in meeting.

We will remind, the order of the Government of the Russian Federation from 6/17/2016 No. 1257r has approved the Concept of creation of territorially isolated innovative and production center "Innokam". The Concept purpose is creation of the innovative and production center due to development of industrial and hi-tech clusters. This Concept will allow to lift infrastructure limits for stimulation of increase of production capacity of the industrial enterprises and to create a favorable living environment of the population of Kama agglomeration. The special attention within the Concept is paid to infrastructure projects, modernization of systemically important branches, education and qualified personnel, improvement of quality of life.

Within meeting they have discussed a number of questions in one of the directions of the Concept devoted to development of science and the higher education for the staffing of requirements of the industry, effective transfer of technologies from science to the industry and their commercialization providing development of sector of high technologies – to the Science and Innovations direction.
