The pension fund will pay 25 000 rubles from means of a maternity capital

On June 23, 2016 the Federal law of June 23, 2016 No. 181-FZ "About a lump sum at the expense of means of the maternity (family) capital in 2016" has come into force. Adoption of this law allows families to receive a lump sum of 25 000 rubles from means of a maternity capital. At the same time the certificate holders on a maternity capital living in the territory of Russia will be able to receive the specified payment regardless of age of the child who has granted the right to the certificate under conditions if all sum of the capital isn't spent and the certificate is received till September 30, 2016.

The application needs to be submitted directly to Pension Fund of the Russian Federation till November 30, 2016. Action of provisions of the law is limited on December 31, 2016.
