Changes are made to the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation

On June 23, 2016 the President of the Russian Federation V. V. Putin has signed the federal law "About modification of article 55 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation".

The town-planning code of the Russian Federation has defined the list of the documents necessary for making decision on delivery of permission to input of object in operation, but in some cases also other documents, for obtaining data in full can be established by the Government of the Russian Federation.

By the change made to article 55 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation it is defined that lack of necessary documents including those which the Government of the Russian Federation can establish in addition is the basis for refusal in delivery of permission to input of object in operation.
