Tatarstan has headed the Rating of innovative development among Russian Federation subjects for the first time

Tatarstan for the first time became the leader Rating of innovative development among Russian Federation subjects. Rating is prepared by institute of statistical researches and economies of knowledge of Higher School of Economics. Rating is under construction on the basis of four subindexes which characterize social and economic conditions of innovative activity, its productivity, scientific and technical potential and quality of innovative policy of regional authorities.
The rating is necessary, so that regions could see their strengths and weaknesses. The complex analysis of innovative processes is carried out.
