In Russia the Unified state register of civil registrations will be created

The changes made to the specified Federal law are caused by creation of the Unified state register of civil registrations. The specified Register represents the systematized set of the documentary data in an electronic form received as a result of the state civil registration and commission by bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE of other legally significant actions. 
The law comes into force since January 1, 2017, except for a number of provisions.
