Authorities and the organizations will provide to applicants information in the form of electronic documents through portals of state services

The relevant resolution of the government of the Russian Federation from 6/9/2016 No. 516 has approved rules of interaction in an electronic form of citizens (natural persons) and the organizations with public authorities, local governments, with the organizations which are carrying out separate public powers according to federal laws.
At the same time when providing information to applicants in electronic form authorities are obliged to provide information security from unauthorized access, change or destruction.
