The Ministry of Economic Development has stated remarks to the bill of toughening of responsibility of managing organizations for violation of license requirements

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has published the negative conclusion of RIA on the draft of the federal law "About modification of the Housing code of the Russian Federation and other acts of the Russian Federation (regarding toughening of responsibility of managing organizations for violation of license requirements)".
The draft of the act supposes entering into the Housing code of the Russian Federation and into the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences of the changes directed to increase of license requirements. The Ministry of Economic Development considers as this way of regulation proved a solution, however pays attention to a number of remarks.
