The Ministry of Economic Development has published the negative conclusion of RIA on the bill of a notariate

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has published the negative conclusion about the regulating impact assessment on the  of the federal law draft "About modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation regarding creation of the register of notices of transactions and encumbrances in a notariate unified information system", developed by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
During the carried-out assessment the Ministry of Economic Development has revealed the risks interfering achievement of the purpose of adoption of the act's draft.
