The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2016 No. 1078-r has made changes to the plan of measures ("road map") "Improvement of legal regulation of town-planning activity and improvement of enterprise climate in the sphere of construction".
In particular, optimization of administrative procedures in the sphere of industrial construction, technological accession to heat supply, water supply and water disposal is provided by the made changes.
