Now, instead of opaque "direct" purchases, the organizations acquire goods by carrying out competitive procedures in an electronic form.
The agency by the state order free of charge trains every week sellers and buyers in features of work of the Exchange platform.
The exchange platform locates at the address: bp.zakazrf.ru.
Any organization can be registered for participation on the Exchange platform, the digital signature is necessary for participation on federal platforms.
