The advisory council on corporate management is formed at the Ministry of Economic Development

The order on formation of Advisory council on corporate management at the Ministry of Economic Development is signed by the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Alexey Ulyukaev. One of the main tasks of new advisory body is ensuring increase of efficiency of expert and analytical activity of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and formation of the balanced state policy in the field of corporate management.
It is planned to involve experts of scientific, professional legal, enterprise communities, the organizations, representatives of bodies of legislative, executive and judicial authority.
