"The Russian direct investment fund" is reorganized into the state joint-stock company

The Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed the Federal law on reorganization of LLC "RDIF Management Company" in nonpublic joint-stock company as which only shareholder the Russian Federation will act.
According to the document activity of new joint stock Company "UK RDIF" will promote attraction and stimulation of foreign and Russian investments, highly qualified personnel and innovative technologies in economy of the Russian Federation, to ensuring it's development and increase of competitiveness, creation and distribution of favorable investment climate.
