Cluster policy is the driver of development of monotowns

On May 23, 2016 in Naberezhnye Chelny within the III International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" plenary session "Cluster Policy — the Driver of Development of Monotowns" with participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has taken place. The adviser of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Ivan Bortnik has acted as the moderator of session.
Within session the questions connected with policy of a clustering of territories, studying of the international experience and modern models of application of cluster approach in development of economy have been discussed.
