The Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) holds in Moscow a meeting of Board of Rospatent on the question "Development of a Civil Turn of the Rights for Results of Intellectual Activity". On the agenda of a meeting speech of the Head of Rospatent G. P. Ivliyev, and also speech of representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, Skolkovo Foundation, JSC RZhD, etc. is planned.
