The State Duma has approved in the first reading replacement of penalties by the prevention for small and medium business

On May 17, 2016 the State Duma of the Russian Federation has approved in the first reading the draft of the federal law No. 1054599-6 "About modification of the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses", assuming replacement for small and medium business of an administrative penalty by the prevention in cases if the offense is allowed for the first time, hasn't entailed heavy consequences and has been in due time eliminated.
