Attention of the enterprises which are carrying out preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous, non-ferrous metals

We pay your attention that by the Federal law from 12/29/2015 No. 404-FZ "About modification of the Federal law "About environmental protection" and separate acts of the Russian Federation" the date of entry into force of the requirement about obtaining new licenses by the organizations in the field of the address with waste has been postponed  till 7/1/2016.
To the specified term all economic entities which are carrying out works on collecting, transportation, processing, recycling of the I-IV classes of danger are obliged to obtain the license for implementation of this activity.
