The prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov is a part of the working group of Economic council at the Russian President in the "Priorities of Structural Reforms and Sustained Economic Growth" direction. 
The corresponding order has been published on the website of the Kremlin (http://kremlin.ru/events/councils/51925) today.
According to the document, the main functions of the working group are definition of the actual problems interfering ensuring sustained economic growth and implementation of structural reforms, development of offers on their decision, the analysis of social and economic development of the Russian Federation and a situation in spheres of the government and public administration, etc.
