It is possible to refuse the direction of funds of a maternity capital for formation of funded pension in the Pension fund of the Russian Federation

The relevant order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of March 11, 2016 No. 100n "About the approval of Rules of refusal of the direction of funds (part of means) of the maternity (family) capital for formation of funded pension" is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on May 04, 2016.
According to the document about day of purpose of funded pension of the woman has the right to refuse use of means of a maternity capital and the income from their investment on formation of funded pension on condition of their use in the directions provided by the legislation.
