The bill allowing to receive from money of a maternity capital a lump sum of 25 thousand rubles is introduced to State Duma the Russian Federation

On April 28, 2016 at a meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation the draft of the federal law "About a lump sum at the expense of means of the maternity (family) capital in 2016", developed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation has been considered and approved.
Last year the parents having the right for a maternity capital were given an opportunity to receive from this money a lump sum of 20 thousand rubles. It is possible to study the draft of the federal law according to the reference.
