Public consultations on the bill on counteraction measures of illegal collection activity are held

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan holds public consultations on the bill of the Republic of Tatarstan "About urgent measures for counteraction of collection activity (activities for return of debts) violating the rights and legitimate interests of natural persons".
The project is developed for regulation of activities for return of debts of natural persons and ensuring protection of the rights and legitimate interests of natural persons when collecting debts.
