Public consultations on the draft of the federal law "About transportations by a cartage and riding and about modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation" are held

The appeal of Department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation about carrying out public consultations on the draft of the federal law "About transportations by a cartage and riding and about modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation" has come to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The bill is directed to establishment of legal bases of use of animal-drawn vehicles and ensuring the rights of the citizens using a cartage. In it powers of the Russian Federation, power of subjects of the Russian Federation, and also local governments in the specified sphere are established, issues of registration of animal-drawn vehicles and delivery of permissions to implementation of activities for transportation by a cartage are resolved.
