The draft of the program of stage-by-stage access of NO NPO to budgetary funds for rendering social services is developed

On April 18, 2016 the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has introduced to the Government of the Russian Federation the draft of the program of stage-by-stage access of socially oriented non-profit organizations to the budgetary funds allocated for providing social services to the population.

The president has set the task to provide stage-by-stage access of SO  NPO which are carrying out activity in the social sphere to the budgetary funds allocated for granting social services to the population proceeding from expediency of finishing to them to 10% of the means provided on implementation of appropriate programs of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation and municipalities.
