It is necessary to develop the innovative environment for universities

The role of university and scientific organization in an innovative ecosystem of the country was discussed at plenary session "Universities and Scientific Organizations as Drivers of Innovative Development of the Country" within the II Forum "An ecosystem of innovations: universities and scientific centers – 2016".

The director of the department of social development and innovations of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Artem Shadrin has told about structuring opportunities for development of the innovative environment for universities and has designated the main priorities and instruments of support which can help to realize them.
