It is offered to increase the list of the foreign goods of mechanical engineering forbidden for purchase under the Law 44-FZ

The Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation has prepared the draft of the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation according to which it is offered to expand the list of the foreign goods of mechanical engineering forbidden for purchase within the Federal law from 4/5/2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs".

The draft document is placed on a federal portal of drafts of regulations.
