Within an assessment of the regulating influence public consultations on the draft of the order of the Ministry of transport and road economy of the Republic of Tatarstan are held

On April 8, 2016 in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan there have taken place public consultations on to the draft of the order of the Ministry of transport and road economy of the Republic of Tatarstan "About the statement of the Order of coordination of the places of landing and disembarkation located in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan at implementation of interregional transportations of passengers and baggage by request".

During public consultations to the developer of the draft of the order it has been indicated the need of minimization of the documents requested together with the statement, and also reductions of terms of consideration of the application. Besides, it is offered to specify concepts of a stop for landing and disembarkation, a technical stop and to finish some formulations used in the draft of the order.

Following the results of public consultations the decision to consider again the regulatory legal act after elimination of the stated remarks is made.
