The bill of carrying out purchases by the unitary enterprises according the Law No. 44-FZ is introduced to the State Duma

The prime minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev has signed the order about entering into the State Duma of the bill of distribution of the legislation on contract system in the sphere of purchases on purchases of the state and municipal unitary enterprises. The relevant document is posted on the website of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Adoption of the bill will allow to increase the level of the competition and efficiency of an expenditure of budgetary funds when purchasing the state and municipal unitary enterprises, they suppose in the Government.
