Procedures of granting sites of agricultural appointment in property or rent without the auction to the citizens and legal entities renting such sites more than three years are simplified

The Government of Russia has introduced to the State Dumathe bill directed to simplification of procedure of granting sites of agricultural appointment in property or rent without the auction to the citizens and legal entities renting such sites more than three years.

According to the bill tenants of the land plots won't need to present to the authorities authorized on the order by such land plots, the documents confirming appropriate use of the land plots. Authorities will obtain this information from territorial administrations of Rosselkhoznadzor.
