The competition on grants to rural settlements has come to the end

On April 5, 2016 in Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of Organizing committee for holding a republican competition on grants to the rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan has taken place.

222 rural settlements from 43 regions of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in a competition.

Following the results of a competition as winners 104 rural settlements are recognized , each of which will receive 1 million rubles of budgetary funds. The quantity of grants to each municipal district was defined depending on population of the rural settlements which are a part of the respective area: 2 grants – at population of rural settlements less then 22 thousand people, 3 grants – at population of rural settlements over 22 thousand people.

Grant funds can be allocated for strengthening of material and technical resources of objects of direct life support of the rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan, arrangement by objects of social infrastructure and external improvement of the settlements located in rural areas and the solution of other socially important questions of the rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan.
