The president of the Russian Federation has charged to simplify access of small business to purchases

Vladimir Putin has approved the list of instructions following the results of the VII congress of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation which has taken place on March 1, 2016.

According to the list for simplification of access of small business entities to the government and municipal procurement the president has charged to make changes to the legislation.

They will establish a deadline to which the customer is obliged to return to the performer the funds transferred as providing the contract. Besides, suppliers (contractors, performers) won't place money as providing the contract if they have three years' positive experience of performance of similar contracts.
