Data on notarially certified powers of attorney can be received in the Internet network

The commission on lawmaking activity of the Government of the Russian Federation has approved on March 29, 2016 the bill of granting in the Internet network of access to data on notarially certified powers of attorney.

The corresponding project is prepared by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for implementation of point 2.5 of "Road map" on improvement of quality of the state services in the sphere of the state cadastral registration of real estate and the state registration of the rights for real estate and transactions with him (it is approved as the order of the Government of Russia of December 1, 2012 No. 2236-r).
