We invite to discussion of the amendments to the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences providing replacement of penalties for small and medium business on the prevention

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has developed amendments to the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses which replace penalties for small and medium business with the prevention. The secretary of state - the deputy minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Fomichev Oleg has reported about it during a forum of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs "Week of the Russian business - 2016".
