The bill of SRO of receivers is approved

The commission on lawmaking activity at the Government of the Russian Federation has approved the bill prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, directed to improvement of activity of self-regulatory organizations of receivers.

In particular, it is offered to establish administrative responsibility of self-regulatory organizations of receivers and their officials for violation of requirements of the legislation regulating their activity.

Powers on consideration of the corresponding cases of the administrative offenses made by SRO is offered to allocate the Federal Registration Service.

The bill will be considered at a meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation.
