The competition on granting grants to rural settlements has begun

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 8/29/2013 No. 614 in the republic the competition on granting grants to rural settlements has begun. 

When holding the Competition rural settlements will be estimated on the following indicators of efficiency of activity of local governments: average annual population, the tax and non-tax income of the rural settlement on one inhabitant, the number of subjects of small and average business (on 100 people), quantity of a number of cattle, input of housing on one resident of the rural settlement, a share of extent of roads with a hard coating in the general extent of roads of the rural settlement (percent), quantity of the crimes committed in the territory of the rural settlement (on 100 people).

Following the results of a competition winners will receive 1 million rubles of budgetary funds.
