Data on repayment of debt on executive productions will be quickly staticized

The bill directed to optimization of work of Federal Bailiff Service regarding expeditious lifting of restrictions at payment of debt on executive production is introduced to the State Duma.

The draft of the federal law "About modification of articles 5 and 61 of the Federal law "About executive production" establishes an obligation of banks and other organizations through which payment of money on account of repayment of debt on executive production is made, to send to the State information system about the state and municipal payments (GIS SMP) information on their payment by the debtor. From GIS SMP information will automatically get to information system of FSSP of Russia, will be excluded from a databank of executive productions on their official site, from the Uniform portal of the state and municipal services (functions) and terminals of payment service providers.
