Use of tachographs is reconsidered

Since 2013 the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation within an assessment of the regulating influence carries out the analysis of the regulations of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation directed to increase of safety of transport transportations due to establishment of the tachographs allowing to trace time in way, a work-rest schedule of drivers. The remarks specified in the conclusions of ARI belong to direct conditions of installation of the equipment on different categories of transport: expediency of their use in some cases, the terms and cost influencing business and tariffs for citizens. A large number of responses and the reasoned positions was are received during public consultations with experts and businessmen.
