Rating of social and economic development of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan for January, 2016

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan has prepared a monthly rating of social and economic development of municipal districts and city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January, 2016. 

In the general rating for January, 2016 the leading positions were taken by Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsk (the 2nd place) and Nizhnekamsk (the 3rd place) by municipal districts.

In January, 2016 the greatest change of the place in a rating was reached by Sabinsky (+6 positions) and Muslyumovo (+5 positions) municipal districts. These changes are caused by improvement of a number of indicators: decrease in level of the registered unemployment, increase in growth rates of total area of the houses put in operation and shipments of goods of own production.

Provisions in Apastovsky's rating (-5 positions), Agryzsky and Yutazinsky (on-4 positions) municipal districts have worsened. These deteriorations are caused by increase in level of the registered unemployment, decrease in purchasing power of a salary, put in operation and shipments of goods of own production.

Per capita the volume of the shipped production on the republic I have averaged 31,9 thousand rubles, among municipalities there are republics most good results on this indicator in Almetyevsk (161,58 thousand rubles), Nizhnekamsk (117,27 thousand rubles) and Tukayevsk (61,57 thousand rubles) municipal districts. 

As on February 1, 2016 the level of the registered unemployment in the republic has made 0,83%. In 21 municipalities this indicator is lower than national average value. The smallest unemployment rate is registered in Laishevskom (0,26%), Aktanyshsk (0,29%) and Novosheshminsk (0,48%) municipal districts. The greatest is in Spassk (1,82%), Yelabuga (1,43%) and Sabinsk (1,38%) municipal districts.

In January, 2016 in RT it is put into operation of 0,07 sq.m of total area of housing per capita. The biggest Square of housing is per capita is entered into Pestrechinsk (1,9 sq.m), Laishevsk (0,6 sq.m) and Zelenodolsk (0,2 sq.m) municipal districts. 

Consumer ability of a salary (a ratio of the average added salary to MCB) in January-December, 2015 has made 2,2 times. The maximum value of this indicator in Laishevo (2,79 times), Almetyevsk (2,76 times) and Tukayevsk (2,73 times) municipal districts. Minimum in Tetyushsky (1,73 times) municipal district.
