The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation will define an order of return of money to applicants for providing the state and municipal services

The federal law from 2/15/2016 No. 28-FZ has made changes to article 21.3 of the Federal law from 7/27/2010 No. 210-FZ "About the organization of providing the state and municipal services".

The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation is allocated with powers on establishment of the general requirements to return of money to natural and legal entities at commission of payments for rendering the state and municipal services, services provided by the public and municipal authorities and other organizations in which the state task (order) or a municipal task (order), and also services which are necessary and obligatory for providing the state and municipal services, except for payments which order of return is established by federal laws is placed by them.
