The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has explained separate provisions of the legislation on purchasing activity in relation to branches (separate divisions) of parent organizations

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation the letter from 12/18/2015 N D28i-3733 has explained to  separate provisions of the Federal law of April 5, 2013 N 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" (Law N 44-FZ) and the Federal law of July 18, 2011 N 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" (Law N 223-FZ) regarding purchasing activity of branches.
