Residents of TASED will receive privileges on income tax and the property tax of the organizations

The president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has signed the laws of the Republic of Tatarstan providing privileges on income tax and the property tax of the organizations for residents of the territories of the advancing social and economic development (TASED). These changes have been accepted because on January 28, 2016 Naberezhnye Chelny has received the status of the territory of the advancing social and economic development (the Resolution of the government of Russia No. 44). 

According to the first law the rate of income tax regarding transfer in the budget of the republic will make 5% during the first 5 tax periods from the moment of receiving the first profit and 10% during the next 5 tax periods.

The second law provides release of residents of TASED from payment of the property tax for 10 years from the moment of statement of property on the account.
