The Ministry of Economic Development prepared the negative conclusion of ARI on new edition of the Town-planning code

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation  published the negative conclusion about the assessment of the regulating influence (ARI) on the draft of the federal law "About modification of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation", developed by Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Russia.

Creation of the act is directed on settlement, connected with standard projects and projects of repeated application. The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation conceptually maintains need of the solution of these tasks and validity of release of the new version of the Town-planning code (the federal law making changes to the current version). However many questions demand completion that the solution of one problem didn't become a factor of emergence of others.
