They will provide to educational business the budgetary financing and will simplify the mechanism of obtaining licenses

Regions will be able to give financial support not only to the municipal, but also private organizations realizing programs of additional education of children. The bill directed on improvement of a procedure for granting of additional education in the state and private organizations is introduced in the State Duma. The corresponding order is published on the site of the government.

The decision on development of additional measures of support of non-state sector in the educational sphere was made on January 21, 2016. 

Dmitry Medvedev noted that it is necessary to develop additional measures for development of the public-private partnership (PPP) in this sphere and to provide replication of the best Russian and foreign the practician.
