Small business will be protected from anonymous complaints and warned following the results of checks

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation developes the draft of the federal law directed on protection of the rights of subjects of small and average business at implementation concerning them control and supervising actions.

The project provides expansion of institute of the prevention at implementation of control and supervising activity. So at primary identification of an offense the inspector of supervisory authority will have to issue to the businessman the warning and the instruction to eliminate the corresponding violations. The innovation can lower administrative load of businessmen and will give the chance to eliminate violations without payment of a penalty which sizes, as a rule, cause serious damage to business.
