The introduction of regulations actual influence assessment procedure starts

Since January, 2016 in the Russian Federation concerning federal regulations procedure of the assessment of the actual influence (AAI) which will allow to reconsider the operating regulation is entered, to exclude excess duties, an unreasonable ban and restrictions in business work.

Now the Department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation forms the plan of carrying out AAI for 2016 and asks experts to direct the offers till February 12, 2016.
