The list of necessary documents for obtaining the status of the resident of TASED is approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 04.02.2016 No. 61

On February 4, 2016 the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 61 "About the statement of the Order of conclusion of agreement about implementation of activity in the territory of the advancing social and economic development, the Republic of Tatarstan created in the territory of monoprofile municipality (monotown)" is approved.

Order approved by the resolution defines a standard form of the demand and the list necessary for obtaining the status of the resident of the territory of the advancing social and economic development of documents, including the passport and the main indicators of the investment project, and also the mechanism of conclusion of agreement about implementation of activity in the territory of the advancing social and economic development, the Republic of Tatarstan created in the territory of the monotown.

According to the resolution residents will be defined by competitive selection by the Commission on consideration of demands for conclusion of agreement about implementation of activity in the territory of the advancing social and economic development. The commission is created by the order of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan. The structure of the Commission joins representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, Agency of investment development of the Republic of Tatarstan, executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Tatarstan, executive committee of the monotown, tax authorities, and also representatives of other interested organizations.

After competitive selection between the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, executive committee of the monotown and the resident the Agreement on implementation of activity in the territory of the advancing social and economic development is concluded, and then the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan provides in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation information for inclusion of the legal entity with which the Agreement, in the register of residents of the territory of the advancing social and economic development is concluded.

The legal entity admits the resident of the territory of the advancing social and economic development from the date of entering of record into the register of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
