Rules of issue of certificates on the country of origin of remedies are accepted

No. 93 "About the Provision on an order of issue of certificates of origin of a form of St-1 for implementation of purchases for ensuring the state and municipal needs (for the medicines included in the list of vital and major medicines)" is approved by the order of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2015 an order which regulates delivery of the St-1 of certificates made in a form on vital and major preparations. It is applicable if purchase for ensuring the state (municipal) needs is carried out.

For registration of the certificate it is necessary to address to authorized Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It will be given out within three working days, having considered the filed documents. By the general rule the certificate stops working after completion of purchase.
