SAB corporation signed the agreement with the Republic of Tatarstan concerning development of small and average business

On January 29, 2016 the delegation of Federal corporation on development of small and average business (JSC SAB Corporation) visited the Republic of Tatarstan. During visit representatives of Corporation held a meeting with the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, and also visited a number of the largest enterprises of the region in the field of the industry and innovative technologies. 

On January 29, 2016 within a meeting of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the CEO of JSC MSP Corporation Alexander Braverman prospects of cooperation on development of small and average business in the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed. For the organization of collaboration in the field and formations of system approach to realization of the main objectives of the party signed the Agreement on interaction. 

Within implementation of the main points of the Agreement of the party will carry out cooperation in increase of availability of credit resources and advance of financial services of JSC SAB Corporation (search of projects for issue of guarantees and independent guarantees of Corporation, formation of National guarantee system by means of development of system of the regional guarantee organizations), and also on rendering to subjects of SAB of information and marketing, legal and property support in compliance powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan and functions of Corporation. 

Assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan in expansion of share in purchases of the largest state companies (including in the field of purchases of hi-tech and innovative production) will become one of the key directions of cooperation within the Agreement. 

Besides, the parties plan to combine efforts in questions of development of infrastructure of support of business, preparation of suggestions for improvement of measures of support of subjects of SAB, development of system of training of the population in bases of business and stimulation of businessmen to entering of data into the formed Unified register of subjects of SAB. Also within the Agreement the Corporation will render assistance to activity of the non-profit organizations expressing interests of small and medium-sized enterprises of the region. 

Businessmen of the region will be able to address for support as directly in JSC MSP Corporation, and through the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services.

For studying of positive experience of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of ensuring cooperation of the large companies with small and medium business representatives of delegation of JSC SAB Corporation visited a number of industrial parks and enterprises in the field of the industry and innovative technologies – PJSC KAMAZ, the Regional engineering center of the industrial laser KAI-laser technologies, the Center of digital technologies, industrial Park Chelny (JSC Center of Prototyping and Introduction of a Domestic Robotics), Kamsky industrial park "MASTER", special economic zone OEZ "Alabuga", held a number of meetings, including on scope of "growing" of small and average suppliers.
