About changes in the Federal law of 06.10.2003 No. 131-FZ "About the general principles of the organization of local government in the Russian Federation"

The State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted on January 27, 2016 in the second reading the bill with which changes are made to point 2 of part 1 of article 74 of the Federal law of October 6, 2003 No. 131-FZ "About the general principles of the organization of local government in the Russian Federation".

The adopted bill cases at which the highest official of the subject of the Russian Federation releases the head of municipality or the head of local administration (the head of executive committee) from a position, namely, except an inappropriate expenditure of subventions from the federal budget or the budget of the subject of the Russian Federation extend, cases of inappropriate use of other interbudgetary transfers having purpose, the budgetary credits, violation of conditions of granting the interbudgetary transfers and budgetary credits are added.
